Client: Protegas Australia The brief: eLearning modules were required for Emergency Services staff to learn how to write an intelligence product. The solution: a suite of interactive eLearning modules was developed for upload into Protegas' own Learning Management System supported by a series of associated assessments. Each module built on the content learned in the previous module and culminated in a clear process for the development of a fit for purpose intelligence product as a final output.
Client: Farren McRae Workplace Investigations The brief: a bespoke eLearning package was required to upskill practicing Investigators to lift their investigative practice to an expert level. An LMS solution was also required to enable paid access for Farren McRae's clients. The solution: The 'Getting Beyond 'He Said/She Said' suite contains four interactive and practical courses based on extensive experience in all aspects of workplace and employment law. Based on Farren McRae's requirements, the LearnWorlds LMS was configured and designed to seamlessly match the company branding and current website.
Client: Smart Ticketing Customer Service Team The brief: a large team of ongoing casual public-facing workers were required to support the introduction of Smart Ticketing on the G:link, Queensland Rail and Airtrain. The solution: a modular blended learning solution (face to face, webinar delivery during COVID lockdowns) and eLearning modules were developed to ensure the 'Street Team' was compliant with G:link, Queensland Rail and Airtrain's safety requirements and to support everyday customers to successfully navigate the new ticketing infrastructure. The training package contained safety assessments and tailored quick reference guides to assist the Street Teams with the appropriate customer messaging to support customers with the expansion of ways to pay for public transport in Queensland.
Client: Translink Installation and Infrastructure Management The brief: an online learning package was required to support safety and compliance training for all modes of Queensland public transport to enable contractors and subcontractors to work onsite with TransLink Operators. The solution: an eLearning module was produced to ensure a comprehensive safety induction for bus, ferry, heavy rail and light rail subcontractors and any TransLink employee attending an Operators site. The compliance package contained information relevant to government, private enterprise and trade groups and culminated in a Smart Ticketing 'pink card' being issued upon successful completion of the inbuilt assessment.
Client: Independent Schools Queensland The brief: a series of online modules were needed to support a range of geographically diverse independent schools to participate in the Building Assessment Communities program. The solution: 9 interactive modules were developed as a blended learning solution to support teachers pre- and post-attendance at the face-to-face program education sessions. The suite was aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and supported a state-wide learning program.
Client: Thiess The brief: a professional online module was required to induct the many thousands of new employees at Thiess over the Corporate, Mining and Construction divisions, both in Australia and internationally. The solution: a perfectly branded module was developed to comprehensively cover Thiess' history, values, safety community, expectations and rewarding excellence for new employees. A cinematic style was chosen, underpinned by professional voiceover narration to convey the history and culture of the organisation.
